DreamBee Solutions grew out of years spent inside the kind of systems most consultancies only see from the outside — large Oracle databases, sprawling PL/SQL packages, integration layers holding together applications older than the teams maintaining them.
That background shapes how we work. We are comfortable with legacy, sceptical of rewrites, and interested in the unglamorous parts: the business rule buried in a package nobody wants to touch, the integration that silently drops one record in ten thousand, the AI pilot that demos beautifully and falls over on real data.
The name is deliberate. Bees are small, they build in structure, and the work compounds. That is roughly the plan — and as the company grows into new areas, the same standard applies to whatever we take on next.
